Mudder Boots will accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for shipping non-defective boots back to Mudder Boots. Boots MUST be cleaned thoroughly before returning, so they can be eligible for resell. If they are not cleaned, a cleaning fee of up to $20 will be deducted from your refund.

Yes, however, the customer is directly responsible for shipping & duties. Must use UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL for shipping, or provide a prepaid shipping label. Mudder Boots will fit most people. We’ve confirmed that men’s shoe sizes 5-13 will fit. The inner dimensions of the boot are 11 inches long, 4.75 inches wide at the toe, and 4 inches wide at the heel. It’s common to have some overhang for shoes larger than men’s size 10, and it will not impact functionality.
Yes, Mudder Boots are designed to perform in marshlands, swamps, wading scenarios, etc. Mudder Boots are not flotation devices and will not perform in certain suspensions (i.e. quicksand, glacial silt, or areas that are comprised of centuries of decayed vegetation).
