Mudder Boots offers a limited one-year warranty. Limitations include misuse, improper storage, and/or handling (details listed below).  

If your Mudder Boots are defective upon arrival, or fail due to a defect in workmanship or materials, please contact us at orders@mudderboots.com to receive a shipping label, and process an exchange.  

If purchased from an authorized dealer, you will need to reach out to that company regarding a warranty claim. Mudder Boots extends its warranty to any purchases made through a dealer, which would be 1 year from the date of purchase.  

What is considered misuse or improper handling?

Misuse

Walking on hard rocks/large branches/tree stump/coral/abrasive vegetation that would ruin the side flaps. Not to be used in environments with harsh chemicals.

Improper Handling

Boots should not be stored in extreme temperatures (<-10F, >125F). Keep away from harsh chemicals. Boots should be rinsed thoroughly after use in saltwater to protect buckles & rivet

Ideal Conditions

Mud should be >6 in deep. Mud should not have high water concentration, as Mudder Boots are not a flotation device.

Proper Storage

Mudder Boots should be stored in a garage, away from direct contact with elements for an extended period of time (about 6 months). Should be stored away from extreme temperatures (<-10F, >125F).

Parts Info

Mudder Boots will replace any broken parts, such as the rivets, buckles or strapping, if they break within the first year of purchase.

Rivets are made from aluminum and will not corrode, but might oxidize when exposed to saltwater.

Strapping has a breaking point of 700 lbs. When doubled up at the rivet, the breaking point is 1,400 lbs. The straps should only break in situations where something abrasive caused fraying.
